INFORMATION NOTICE AND CONSENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH LEGISLATIVE DECREE NUMBER 196/2003 INFORMATION NOTICE In accordance with article 13 of Legislative Decree number 196/2003 we inform you of the following. the data we collect is only necessary in order to carry out the services requested by Capo Rizzuto AMP users; no other data other than the data that is strictly necessary, in other words the highlighted compulsory fields, is requested. All data is processed by electronic equipment and is used by the Capo Rizzuto AMP exclusively for carrying out the services requested, as well as for modifying and cancelling data. The data requested in order to use the service is only the data that is strictly necessary to provide the required services, in other words the 'compulsory' data, without which registration is impossible. All the other data is absolutely optional. Data will not be sent to any subjects of any legal entity except for the Capo Rizzuto AMP; the data can be accessed by the Capo Rizzuto AMP technical personnel that is the processing holder and his/her staff, in order to guarantee an adequate level of maintenance and carry out any activities requested by the legitimate owners of recorded data. In respect of the list of registered names, part of the recorded data will be publicly displayed and photos will be published on our web. Capo Rizzuto AMP is in no way responsible for the way published photos are used by external persons. Data owners have the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not their personal data is stored, even if they are not yet registered, and for data to be communicated in an intelligible format. In particular they have the right to obtain information on the following: where personal data originated from; the purposes for processing and the methods used; the procesing logic applied in using electronic tools. The personal data processing holder is Capo Rizzuto AMP, represented by its legal representative. Additionally, the owners of data have the right to obtain the following: the updating, rectification or, if so required, the integration of data; the cancellation, transormation into an anonymous format or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data which does not have to be stored in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed; confirmation that modification and cancellation activities have been brought to the attention, including the contents of this data, of those persons to whom the data was communicated or disclosed, except in cases in which this is impossible or requires the use of resources that are manifestly disproportionate compared to the rights being protected. Additionally, the owners of data have the right to oppose the following, in whole or in part: the processing of their personal data for legitimate reasons, even if this data is relevant for the purpose for which it was collected. The data will not in any case be used for the purpose of sending advertising material, or direct sales, the carrying out of market research, or commerical communications. I may also decide to register with different Community services in the future, according to the particular service conditions applicable at that time. In accepting, I declare that I have carefully read the information notice regarding the processing of personal data written above and to accept the contents in all its parts. Non acceptance of the above mentioned information notice shall interrupt registration.
